The 2016 Advancing Justice Conference (AJC) is the first and only national conference in the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community focusing on civil rights and social justice. Over 700 AAPIs from across the U.S. will come together to address issues facing our fastest growing populations. The theme will focus on civic engagement and building our electoral and social power in support of economic and racial justice. Conference attendees will participate in two days of panel discussions, caucus sessions, skills and capacity building, trainings, and networking receptions.

San Joaquin Valley Caucus

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Although California’s San Joaquin Valley has some of the most productive and wealth-generating agricultural land on the planet, it has been described as the Appalachia of the West.  Advocacy is needed at all levels from civic engagement, environmental justice, immigrant rights, affordable housing, the implementation of the human right to water, and more.  Join our caucus meeting to network with other advocates who are ready to rewrite the story of the San Joaquin Valley by using advocacy tools to advance health and racial equity.
