The 2016 Advancing Justice Conference (AJC) is the first and only national conference in the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community focusing on civil rights and social justice. Over 700 AAPIs from across the U.S. will come together to address issues facing our fastest growing populations. The theme will focus on civic engagement and building our electoral and social power in support of economic and racial justice. Conference attendees will participate in two days of panel discussions, caucus sessions, skills and capacity building, trainings, and networking receptions.

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The art and science of mobilization goes beyond rallying people for marches, campaigns and Hill events. In a time of scarce resources and significant community needs, learn how national Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander organizations and coalitions are engaging their networks in powerful and innovative ways to drive social change. The presenters will share their accomplishments and failures, their strengths and weaknesses, and what to keep in mind as we move our communities forward in 2016 and beyond.
